This dip is perfect to serve as a party appetizer with nachos, chips or veggie stick. It comes together in under 10 minutes and is super easy to make too.
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Cream Cheese - 250 g
Fresh parsley - 2 tbsp (Finely chopped)
English Cucumber - 1 (Peeled, seeded and chopped)
Hot sauce - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper
Whisk mayonnaise and cream cheese until mixed well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve with veggie sticks or chips.
