1 head butter lettuce
¼ cup hummus
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
3 strips of cooked bacon
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Carefully pull leaves from lettuce head, ensuring they stay intact. Rinse and pat dry.
Spread each leaf with a spoonful of hummus, followed by a spoonful of mayo.
Top with chicken, bacon, avocado and tomatoes. Fold up the sides of the lettuce to create a wrap.
