Cucumber Parsley Dip

This dip is perfect to serve as a party appetizer with nachos, chips or veggie sticks. It takes under 10 minutes to prepare and is super easy to make too.

Ingredients

1 English cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)

1 cup mayonnaise

250g cream cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)

1 tsp hot sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper

Directions

Chop cucumber into little chunks.

Whisk mayonnaise and cream cheese until mixed well.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Serve with veggie sticks or chips.
